Arrival and accommodation at the Guadalupe Tuscany Resort, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma in a strategic position between Grosseto and the Tyrrhenian Coast awarded by Blue Flag. Composed of 16 houses with external loggias and terraces and a suite with panoramic views, this special Resort has been renovated and furnished with a “new style” that traces the Tuscan tradition. SAN GIMIGNANO
Located in the south-west of Florence and surrounded by 13th century walls, the fulcrum of its historical center is Piazza della Cisterna, a square triangular flanked by medieval houses. In the skyline of towers the Torre Grossa stands out in stone. The Cathedral of San Gimignano is a 12th century church where it is possible to admire the frescoes of the Ghirlandaio in the Chapel of Santa Fina.

VOLTERRA
It is a walled town in the south-west of Florence. The Palazzo dei Priori, right in the center, has medieval frescoes and a bell tower with boundless views. The Duomo boasts a marble entrance portal and a gilded coffered ceiling. Not far away you can find the vestiges of the Etruscan Acropolis, the Guarnacci Etruscan Museum houses a rich collection of archaeological artefacts and the Roman Theater complex that includes 3rd century bath ruins.

PITIGLIANO
It is a small town located in the lower province of Grosseto. The characteristic historic center is known as the small Jerusalem, due to the historic presence of a Jewish community, which has always been well integrated into the social context that has its own synagogue here. The high tuff walls, opened by a thousand caverns and tower-houses, enhance the qualities of a typically medieval town planning.

Morning reserved for golf at “Golf Club Punta Ala”. Inaugurated in 1964 it is famous not only for its splendid panoramic position overlooking the Gulf of Follonica, also for the favorable climatic conditions that make it practicable throughout the year.

The terrain of the field is characterized by a series of gentle undulations that make the route even more enjoyable. Considering the various degrees of difficulty of the 18 holes, the field adapts to the needs of each player, from the beginner to the pro.

In the afternoon, visit and tasting at “Le Mortelle” winery, close to Castiglione della Pescaia.

In the evening, dinner at the “Artidoro” restaurant in Grosseto.

In the morning golf and relaxation at the Saturnia green fee, a field that respects the natural conformation of the territory, which is also the only one in Italy to be born from the pencil of Californian architect Ronald Fream of the Golf Plan studio. Only thanks to the respect of the rules for the safeguard of the local nature it has been possible to build such a spectacular path where it is easy to meet, early in the morning, deer, porcupines, hares, pheasants and many species of birds that inhabit the Maremma.

The greenery of the Saturnia valley, the breathtaking scenery and the presence of the advanced beaters in all the holes will make your game of golf an unforgettable and truly exclusive experience.

In the afternoon hours, visit with tasting at the “Terenzi” winery near Scansano.
